The Business of Manufacturing

24th November 2011, Leeds Valley Park, Aire Valley Leeds.

Leeds has the UK's second largest manufacturing sector outside London. With a diverse product portfolio, many companies based in the city are leading the world in their respective fields. The Business of Manufacturing provided the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the city's highly innovative manufacturing industry whilst addressing key national themes including the importance of the industry in rebalancing the UK economy. It also provided support to the region's manufacturing community by giving practical advice through a range of workshops and networking opportunities for those in attendance.
